Metric Monitors: Add to cart, reached checkout rate and more
Just in time for Black Friday, you can now monitor your add to cart rate, reached checkout rate, and store sessions rate directly inside of Uptime!

Detecting anomalies in your store metrics
Previously, our Metric Monitors feature was only able to monitor your conversion rate, ensuring you got alerted the moment the conversion rate on your store dropped below a certain threshold.
With this update, we have now introduced Metric Monitors that cover your entire end-to-end customer journey, ensuring you'll get alerted to issues at every stage, including:
Store session rate
Add to cart rate
Reached checkout rate
Conversion rate

Once a new Metric Monitor is added, Uptime will alert you when that rate drops to 0%. Uptime will check the rate every 10 minutes, looking back at the last 2-hours to detect anomalies. The window it will check in will be 9pm-5pm in your stores local time-zone, 7-days per week.
