Andrew and Allan had a problem almost all caffeine addicts face – the afternoon slump. That one moment in the afternoon, long after your first cup of coffee, when you feel tired again, but that second cup only leaves you anxious and jittery.
That’s when the idea of NoonBrew came about, as the two aspiring founders thought “what if we combined tea with different superfoods, mushrooms, and adaptogens all designed to help us beat the 2pm wall?”

The problem: broken buttons
Today NoonBrew is a vibrant business, generating thousands of orders per month – but with scale comes complexity, and the NoonBrew team began experiencing issues with key functionality on their online store that often went unnoticed for long periods of time.
After installing the app, the Uptime team provided full white glove onboarding including an extensive QA analysis of the NoonBrew online store, as well as recording test flows that covered all major customer journeys and store functionality. The Uptime onboarding process alone surfaced a few lingering issues on NoonBrew’s store which were quickly resolved.

After only 13 days of having Uptime installed, the NoonBrew team was alerted via a test flow failure that their add to cart buttons on a high-trafficked landing page had stopped working. This was especially concerning as this landing page was receiving a lot of paid ad traffic, so not only were they losing sales, but they were also losing a lot of money in ad spend.

Armed with the knowledge that this issue was occurring, Andrew immediately set up a redirect to a different landing page and saved thousands of dollars in lost revenue. “[I] wouldn't have known about it without Uptime emailing me”, Andrew said.
